Privacy Policy — Cribbage Seniors: Big Cards

Cribbage Seniors: Big Cards is published by DJ's Puzzle Palace ("we").

Data we collect

Nothing, unless you choose to join the shared Top 10 board. Cribbage Seniors has no account system, no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking. Playing the game sends nothing anywhere.

The shared Top 10 board (optional)

From the title screen you can join a Top 10 board that every player of Cribbage Seniors can see. If you join, the following is stored on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, servers in the United States):

• the nickname you type in — it is shown to every other player, so please do not use your real name;
• your game results from the day you join: games finished, wins, your current and best winning streak, and the same numbers for the current week;
• an anonymous player ID that Firebase creates for your device, so that only you can update your own entry. It is a random code that says nothing about you and is not linked to any account.

Nothing else is sent — no name, email address, contacts, location or device identifiers. Your own statistics on the device stay there as before. Google processes this data on our behalf under the Firebase privacy and security terms.

You can change your nickname at any time from the same Top 10 panel.

Delete your data

The only data we hold about you is your optional Top 10 board entry (nickname, anonymous player ID and game results). To delete it:

1. In the app: on the title screen tap Top 10, then Leave the board, and confirm. Your nickname and results are removed from the board immediately.
2. By email: if you have already uninstalled the app or cleared its data, email davidgowans@gmail.com with the nickname you used and the name of the game. We will remove the entry within 7 days and confirm by reply.

Nothing else about you is stored on our side; everything else the app saves lives only on your device (see below).

Local storage

Any scores or settings are saved only on your own device. They never leave your device, and we cannot see them. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes them.

Children

The app is suitable for general audiences. It collects no personal information; the optional shared board stores only a nickname and game results, and nicknames should never be real names.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated policy will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
